In acknowledgement of the pandemic, we want to assure you that we continue to work full time and be available to you as needed; our offices are conducting ‘business as usual”.

Maintenance:
Requests will be processed as normal, but scheduling service techs might take longer than usual (based on providers’ availability).  Please continue to submit requests via the portal.

Monthly Concerns:
We understand that many people are experiencing changes in income, and we are committed to doing our best to support you as the virus impacts your work hours and paychecks. We do ask that you please keep us informed of any issues you are experiencing with making payments on time, and we will reach out to you to discuss.

Annual Concerns:
For those of you with upcoming lease expiration and renewal, you may expect no disruption in the standard process and timing.

Lastly, do keep an eye on tracking numbers and watch for drop offs on delivery days; in trying times like these, it's fair to say that packages left on porches are more vulnerable to theft.
